This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all bookings and purchases made through Namaha. By using our services, you agree to the terms described in this policy. Please read each section carefully before booking.
1.Cancellation by User
  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are not eligible for a refund.
The 24-hour window is calculated from your confirmed service start time. We recommend cancelling as early as possible to ensure eligibility.
2.Rescheduling
  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.
  • Rescheduling is allowed only once and is subject to service provider availability.
To reschedule, contact us via email or phone with your booking reference number at least 24 hours before your appointment.
3.No-Show Policy

If the user is unavailable, does not respond, or misses the scheduled service, the booking will be treated as a no-show. This applies in the following situations:

  • User is unavailable at the scheduled time
  • User does not respond to provider contact
  • User misses the scheduled service without prior notice
No refund will be issued for any no-show situation regardless of the reason.
4.Instant / Digital Services
  • Astrology consultations and similar digital services are classified as instant services.
  • Once the consultation has started or been delivered, it is non-refundable under all circumstances.
This includes online Kundali readings, Nadi consultations, numerology sessions, and all video or phone-based astrological consultations.
5.Service Provider Cancellation

If a service provider (astrologer or purohit) cancels your scheduled appointment, you will receive one of the following:

  • A full refund credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, OR
  • The option to reschedule the service at a mutually convenient time
In this case, you will be fully protected. We take provider cancellations seriously and ensure you are not financially impacted.
6.Incorrect Information Provided by User

If incorrect details are provided by the user — such as name, nakshatra, date of birth, or address — and the service has already been performed, no refund will be applicable. This includes:

  • Incorrect name or nakshatra details
  • Wrong date or time of birth
  • Incorrect address or delivery information
No refund will be issued after the service has been performed if the error was due to information provided incorrectly by the user.
7.Completed Services
  • Once a ritual or service has been performed, it is non-refundable under all circumstances.
This applies to all poojas, homams, temple rituals, and any service that has been fully or partially delivered. No exceptions will be made.
8.Physical Products (Prasadam / Items)
  • Products once shipped are non-refundable.
  • In case of damage or loss in transit, please refer to our Shipping Policy for the applicable process.
This includes prasadam, sacred items, puja kits, and any physical goods dispatched from our fulfilment partners.
9.Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
Once your refund is approved by our team, it is processed immediately on our end. Actual credit timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
10.Payment Gateway and Chargebacks
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.
  • Users agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting Namaha support.
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.

11.Exceptional Cases

Namaha reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion.

  • Namaha may approve or reject exceptional requests as deemed appropriate
