1.Nature of Platform

Namaha operates as an aggregator platform that connects users with independent spiritual service providers, including astrologers and purohits.

Namaha does not directly perform rituals or provide astrology services. We facilitate the connection between you and the service provider.
2.Services Offered

Namaha facilitates:

  • Purohit bookings for rituals (homam, pooja, etc.)
  • Delivery of religious and spiritual items
3.User Eligibility

  • By using Namaha, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete
4.User Responsibilities

  • Be available at the scheduled time for services

5.Bookings and Payments
  • All bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways such as Cashfree

6.Pricing

7.Cancellation and Refunds

All cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on our website.

8.Service Fulfillment

Services are delivered by independent astrologers and purohits. Namaha facilitates coordination but does not control the execution of services.
